UX Research + UI DESIGN
When LiveProcess wanted to ensure that their innovative hospital emergency response planning & tracking tool had superior usability, they called Sage early in their design process. We conducted in-context interviews and co-design sessions with response coordinators to learn about the emergency response cycle and identify user needs and pain points. We then worked closely with in-house designers to evolve the UI design while conducting iterative remote usability testing. The result was rewarding and successful!
